In a layman's opinion, tumeric is a miracle herb in terms of pain relief. I can't speak for tumeric for other problems, but I most certainly can from a pain point of view. I suffer with severe pain 24 hours a day. I hate traditional medicine. It all makes me very sick, it's addicting, and it doesn't really help all that much with pain. I have to rave about tumeric. Tumeric is a miracle. I now have a decent life thanks to tumeric.

I got to know about the importance and usefulness of this plant during a programme from 'Yotomi TV Channel' in Nigeria. I was impressed and could not hold it, so I started searching through the internet to be able to know more about it. I was very happy about the comments made by those who have used its capsules. I will want to know more about the health benefits of this plant. Thanks to Dr. Qayyum.

I seem to find myself closely related to the wonderful researches/studies of your Institution with the undeniable Health Effects of Turmeric. And I will assume that the Turmeric samples for the studies have been from overseas and none of them are from the US, correct? By saying so, it just happens (in my possession) that currently; there are still a few pieces (approximately 4 ozs) of fresh Turmeric which were harvested in early part of March 2014 in Modesto, California. These samples are pesticide free which the test results have been certified by one of the FDA as well as UC Davis labs, The National Food Laboratory. THENFL.COM And the reason I’m contacting you is; I’m truly believing in the benefits of Turmeric which have been contributing to the terrific health as well as the intelligent level of my 2 year old Grand Son, Connor; for the last year and half. As you will (no doubt) to find it necessary in treating the health effects of the Turmeric in a more scientific views vs emotional (the Old Wives’ Tale). By saying so, I will have to state the fact, that My Son In Law, Andrew, who’s a Board Certified Pediatrician with UNC, Children’s Memorial Hospital, Chapel Hills, NC (and also will go on to be a fellow as a NeoNato this month, June 2014) in addition to my own daughter (a biologist), M. who’s been working for National Sanitary Foundation (Ann Arbor, MI) therefore, I will like to donate the Fresh Turmeric from Modesto, California; for a good cause (in the Researches/Studies of the Turmeric) under the University of Maryland Medical Center. As a nurse working w/ Dr. Qayyum for many years, I have personally witnessed the effects of tumeric in our patients, such as lowering A1c levels in diabetic patients & significantly reducing pain & inflammation in arthritis patients. I also gave it to my son post total knee replacement to reduce pain & expedite recovery with extreme success. Thank you Dr. Qayyum!!

As a network engineer for a large organization, I am faced with stressful situations such as multi-tasking, pending deadlines, and frequent trips to a chilled server room. I used to go home daily with body aches and pains, specifically neck and shoulder pain, and extreme fatigue. After discussing my condition with Dr. Qayyum, he recommended I take a daily dosage of three capsules in the morning and one in the evening. Admittedly, I was rather skeptical in the beginning. However, since the Flexaril I was already taking along with the pain medicine, was not doing much to relieve my symptoms, I was willing to try an alternative. Amazingly, after taking turmeric capsules for one week, I began to see noticeable results. I was going home less exhausted and my shoulders and neck were no longer aching. I plan to recommend turmeric supplements to all my friends, co-workers, and family. Sam Haque Network Engineer United States District Court Oklahoma City, Ok.

As a professional practicing in Western Medicine I would say I was a healthy skeptic about turmerix. After taking the supplement for about a week, I can tell you that I did have a change in my energy level. I also was able to significantly lower my cigarette smoking addiction as well. As a nurse I have observed a significant decrease in symptoms of Parkinsons tremors of participants, and a decrease of anxiety. I will tell you that the taste is something I personally couldn't come to love, so the capsules are better for me. Thank you Dr Q! This has affected my personal life and opened my eyes past Western Medicine as an advocate for my patients!

Very nice website. I haven't mowed my lawn in a while precisely because of potential aches and pains ... and other reasons. This website has motivated me to act and not be afraid of aches and pains.
